'A Series Of Noisy Protests'. (In private collection.) Loud and blousy, these flower paintings symbolise the patterns of life, death and rebirth and serve as a metaphor for painting.
'A Series of Noisy Protests'. (in private collection). These paintings are influenced by gifted bouquets, garden flowers, the flower paintings of Odilon Redon and Piet Mondrian and visits to the Wallace Collection and National Gallery.
'A Series of Noisy Protests'. Rampant exotica for the walls reflecting my interest in the themes of touch and interconnection, sensation and the otherworldly.

These paintings are intended as a positive rebuke - flying in the face of constant dispiriting news about the state of the world. They are an invitation to stop and consider the natural world and revel in imaginative possibilities.
